I’m new to Velora. What should I book?
Start with a complimentary consultation. We’ll talk through your hair history, goals, maintenance rhythm and the right appointment length before confirming a service.
Do color services require a consultation?
Major color changes and corrective work begin with a consultation and may require a strand or allergy test at least 48 hours before the appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to 50% of the reserved service.
How are final prices confirmed?
Prices shown are starting points. Your artist confirms the final quote during consultation based on hair length, density, history and time required.
